Here ,We are trying to give you a special procedure for preparation of fried rice recipe .here is a simple recipe for fried rice :
Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold ,as it is easier to work with )
- 2 tablespoon full gegetable oil
- 1 cup diced vegetables such as carrot ,peas,bell peppers and onions
- 2 clove ,garlic,minced
- 2 eggs,beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional additions : cooked chicken ,shrimp or tofu
Instructions :
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium haet.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced vegetable to the skillet and stir- fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender . If you”re using raw meat or shrimp , you can add it at this stage and cook until fully cooked through .
- Push the vegetables( and meat if using) to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side . Scramble the eggs until cooked through .
- Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet , then add the cold cooked rice . Break up any clumps and stir-fry for a few minutes, mixing it with the vegetables and eggs .
- Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce ( if using )to the skillet and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through .
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed . Remember that soy sauce is already salty so you might not need much additional salt .
- If desired , you can add additional cooked chicken , shrimp or tofu at this stage and stir-fry for another minute to heat through
- Remove from heat and serve hot . You can garnish with sliced green onions or cilantro for added flavor .
